FAQ

Shelby Resorts requires a 50% deposit when you book and the balance is due 60 days prior to checking into the resort.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Condos are assigned when you check-in, therefore I cannot guarantee what floor or view you will receive.
Your reservation is not guaranteed without a payment processed. We operate on a first come first serve basis.
Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the Front Desk. The number of cribs available is limited and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to contact the resort as soon as you receive a confirmation letter from Shelby Resorts to request a crib.
The pictures on our site are an accurate representation of what each condo looks like. They are maintained and decorated alike by Wyndham.
Cancellation fee: Once a deposit has been submitted guests can receive a 50% refund of the condo rental amount paid and the remaining 50% stays on file, for up to 1 year, to be applied to a future booking with Shelby Resorts at any Wyndham property throughout the USA. Once a reservation is paid in full 50% of the condo rental amount paid stays on file and the remaining 50% is forfeited. The Wyndham guest name fee ($99.00 USD) is non-refundable. Credits on file cannot be refunded. The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.
The Wyndham guest name fee allows owners, like ourselves, to transfer a reservation out of our name and into a guest's name. The guest will have access to the resort amenities. This is a Wyndham policy.
You can contact the resort a few days prior to your arrival to make your requests regarding your condo location. Shelby Resorts cannot request this on your behalf nor can Shelby Resorts guarantee what view/location you will receive.
The GUEST NAME on the rental agreement cannot be changed once a payment has been made. If this name needs to be changed you would be charged an additional non-refundable $99.00 USD. Please make sure everything is spelled correctly and exactly how it appears on guest's photo ID.
Housekeeping is not included and if you want a daily cleaning there is an additional fee. You can arrange this with the front desk at the resort.
Yes, sample portions of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are included. If booking a condo with a washer and dryer sample portions of laundry detergent is included.
Shelby Resorts cannot guarantee an early check-in. It is based on the availability of your assigned condo upon arrival. Late checkouts can be requested to the front desk the night prior to your departure. This is not guaranteed.
As long as the resort remains open and operational your reservation is valid. The cancellation policy would apply.
The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.
