Wyndham Glacier Canyon, an island within the Territory, has a variety of activities including fun go-cart courses, massive video arcades, zip lines and laser tag. For more relaxing pleasures there is a vast pool of shopping and dining venues, as well as 2 golf courses on the property. When you're ready to "call it a day" sink into your couch in front of the fireplace or settle out on the balcony for a nightcap.

Waterpark wristbands are provided up to the max occupancy of the condo booked.

  • From I-90 E/94 E: Take Exit 89 WI-23 toward Lake Delton/Reedsburg. Turn left onto WI-23 N (sign for I-90 E) and continue straight on WI-23 N/Wisconsin Dells Pkwy. S. Travel on WI-23 N for approximately 2 miles and turn left onto Hillman Rd. Merge left to enter Wyndham Vacation Resorts at Glacier Canyon.

All the water parks (outdoor seasonal), arcades, swimming pools (outdoor seasonal), game room and walking trails. Also included is the kids play area and a fitness center for 18+ year old adults.
Yes. The resort also has parking for RV and snowmobile/boat trailers.
Horseback riding, golf courses (18-hole and 9-hole), massages, lazer tag, indoor and outdoor go carts, zip lining (weather permitting), indoor ropes course, bumper boats and indoor and outdoor miniature golf. Fun passes and unlimited fun passes are available for purchase.
Yes. The on-site shuttle services select Wilderness Territory amenities, including water parks. It also services a couple local restaurants.

General FAQs

Shelby Resorts requires a 50% deposit when you book and the balance is due 60 days prior to checking into the resort.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Condos are assigned when you check-in, therefore I cannot guarantee what floor or view you will receive.
Your reservation is not guaranteed without a payment processed. We operate on a first come first serve basis.
Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the Front Desk. The number of cribs available is limited and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to contact the resort as soon as you receive a confirmation letter from Shelby Resorts to request a crib.
The pictures on our site are an accurate representation of what each condo looks like. They are maintained and decorated alike by Wyndham.
Cancellation fee: Once a deposit has been submitted guests can receive a 50% refund of the condo rental amount paid and the remaining 50% stays on file, for up to 1 year, to be applied to a future booking with Shelby Resorts at any Wyndham property throughout the USA. Once a reservation is paid in full 50% of the condo rental amount paid stays on file and the remaining 50% is forfeited. The Wyndham guest name fee ($99.00 USD) is non-refundable. Credits on file cannot be refunded. The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.
The Wyndham guest name fee allows owners, like ourselves, to transfer a reservation out of our name and into a guest's name. The guest will have access to the resort amenities. This is a Wyndham policy.
You can contact the resort a few days prior to your arrival to make your requests regarding your condo location. Shelby Resorts cannot request this on your behalf nor can Shelby Resorts guarantee what view/location you will receive.
The GUEST NAME on the rental agreement cannot be changed once a payment has been made. If this name needs to be changed you would be charged an additional non-refundable $99.00 USD. Please make sure everything is spelled correctly and exactly how it appears on guest's photo ID.
Housekeeping is not included and if you want a daily cleaning there is an additional fee. You can arrange this with the front desk at the resort.

Yes, sample portions of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are included. If booking a condo with a washer and dryer sample portions of laundry detergent is included.
Shelby Resorts cannot guarantee an early check-in. It is based on the availability of your assigned condo upon arrival. Late checkouts can be requested to the front desk the night prior to your departure. This is not guaranteed.
As long as the resort remains open and operational your reservation is valid. The cancellation policy would apply.
The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.

    Room was flawless. Finally booked a condo that actually was portrayed perfectly in the sample pictures. Immaculate. Great Location (just a down the hall from a game room and up a level).
