At the traffic circle, take the 4th exit onto Coronado Dr. The entrance to the resort is on the right.
  • From Tampa International Airport: Turn left onto George J Bean Pky. Merge onto I-275 S. Use the right lane to take Exit 31 for FL-688 W/Ulmerton Rd. Continue on Ulmerton Rd. Keep right, following signs for FL-686 W/Largo/Cleawater. Continue onto Roosevelt Blvd. and merge onto Bayside Bridge. Take the FL-60 exit ramp to Clearwater/Tampa. Turn left onto FL-60 W/Gulf to Bay Blvd. At the traffic circle, take the 4th exit onto Coronado Dr. The entrance to the resort is on the right.
  • From Tampa, FL: Follow I-275 S and take Exit 39 to merge onto FL-60 W toward Clearwater/Tampa Airport. Take Exit 2A for FL-60 W toward Clearwater. Continue onto FL-60 W. At the traffic circle, take the 4th exit onto Coronado Dr. The entrance to the resort is on the right.

Parking is free of charge, up to 1 vehicle per condo. As well, valet parking is available for a fee.

Wi-Fi is included up to 4 devices. Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for a fee. Inquire at the front desk upon checking in.
If you are booked over 7 nights the resort will give you a complimentary cleaning. You can schedule this with the front desk once you arrive.
The front desk is available 24/7 for guests’ convenience.
Beach chair and umbrellas are available to rent through a 3rd party of the resort. Inquire at the front desk.

General FAQs

Shelby Resorts requires a 50% deposit when you book and the balance is due 60 days prior to checking into the resort.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Condos are assigned when you check-in, therefore I cannot guarantee what floor or view you will receive.
Your reservation is not guaranteed without a payment processed. We operate on a first come first serve basis.
Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the Front Desk. The number of cribs available is limited and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to contact the resort as soon as you receive a confirmation letter from Shelby Resorts to request a crib.
The pictures on our site are an accurate representation of what each condo looks like. They are maintained and decorated alike by Wyndham.
Cancellation fee: Once a deposit has been submitted guests can receive a 50% refund of the condo rental amount paid and the remaining 50% stays on file, for up to 1 year, to be applied to a future booking with Shelby Resorts at any Wyndham property throughout the USA. Once a reservation is paid in full 50% of the condo rental amount paid stays on file and the remaining 50% is forfeited. The Wyndham guest name fee ($99.00 USD) is non-refundable. Credits on file cannot be refunded. The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.
The Wyndham guest name fee allows owners, like ourselves, to transfer a reservation out of our name and into a guest's name. The guest will have access to the resort amenities. This is a Wyndham policy.
You can contact the resort a few days prior to your arrival to make your requests regarding your condo location. Shelby Resorts cannot request this on your behalf nor can Shelby Resorts guarantee what view/location you will receive.
The GUEST NAME on the rental agreement cannot be changed once a payment has been made. If this name needs to be changed you would be charged an additional non-refundable $99.00 USD. Please make sure everything is spelled correctly and exactly how it appears on guest's photo ID.
Housekeeping is not included and if you want a daily cleaning there is an additional fee. You can arrange this with the front desk at the resort.

Yes, sample portions of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are included. If booking a condo with a washer and dryer sample portions of laundry detergent is included.
Shelby Resorts cannot guarantee an early check-in. It is based on the availability of your assigned condo upon arrival. Late checkouts can be requested to the front desk the night prior to your departure. This is not guaranteed.
As long as the resort remains open and operational your reservation is valid. The cancellation policy would apply.
The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.

    Highly recommend this location! Staff was extremely friendly, and phenomenal. Location, location location was perfect. Steps away from the beach and pier 60. Room was clean and spacious. would definitely stay here again!

    Our family had a wonderful time at the Club Wyndham! The entire facility was super clean and gorgeous. We had everything we needed to have the perfect vacation! The staff was amazing and the views were spectacular! We had direct views of the sunset every night. This facility is at the heartbeat of the entire strip, location is perfect! We will be back again soon!

    The wife and our 6 & 8 year olds spent 4 days in Clearwater Beach. We had stayed at the Hyatt before but never the Wyndham. We were upgraded to a 2BR and it was fantastic. Nice large, bright and well stocked open kitchen, comfy beds/pillows/towels - and in-room washer/drier. All things we want/need in a stay. The hotel is pretty new by comparison with the other resorts. Staff were super friendly. Pool area was very nice, although it gets crowded - like all nice resort pools do. The location was perfect. You can watch the sunset from the hotel, pier 60 and the tour boats, shops, restaurants just a short walk away. Parking was easy. We can't wait to go back.
