Beginning Saturday, March 26, 2022, individuals arriving from the continental United States will not be required to create a Safe Travels account, show their COVID-19 vaccination status, or take a pre-travel test when traveling to the Hawaiian Islands. Passengers arriving to Hawaii on direct international flights must still adhere to federal U.S. entry requirements, which include showing proof of an up-to-date vaccination document and negative pre-travel COVID-19 test result taken within one day of travel. The Hawaiian Transient Tax is charged and collected by the resort upon checking out. Prices subject to change.
No, valet parking is the only option at this resort and is about $40.00 USD per vehicle per day. You have unlimited in and out access.
Wireless Internet is free for up to 4 devices, ideal for emails and basic web browsing. For more streaming and surfing options on unlimited devices, Enhanced High-Speed Wireless Internet is available for $9.95 per day, $49.95 for 6-10 days, and $59.95 for 11-30 days.
If you are booked over 7 nights the resort will give you a complimentary cleaning. Extra cleanings for a (1) bedroom is about $30.00 USD and for a (2) bedroom is about $60.00 USD (prices subject to change). Any condo larger than a (2) bedroom deluxe pricing would be available at the front desk.
The front desk is available 24/7 for guests’ convenience.

General FAQs

Shelby Resorts requires a 50% deposit when you book and the balance is due 60 days prior to checking into the resort.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Condos are assigned when you check-in, therefore I cannot guarantee what floor or view you will receive.
Your reservation is not guaranteed without a payment processed. We operate on a first come first serve basis.
Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the Front Desk. The number of cribs available is limited and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to contact the resort as soon as you receive a confirmation letter from Shelby Resorts to request a crib.
The pictures on our site are an accurate representation of what each condo looks like. They are maintained and decorated alike by Wyndham.
Cancellation fee: Once a deposit has been submitted guests can receive a 50% refund of the condo rental amount paid and the remaining 50% stays on file, for up to 1 year, to be applied to a future booking with Shelby Resorts at any Wyndham property throughout the USA. Once a reservation is paid in full 50% of the condo rental amount paid stays on file and the remaining 50% is forfeited. The Wyndham guest name fee ($99.00 USD) is non-refundable. Credits on file cannot be refunded. The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.
The Wyndham guest name fee allows owners, like ourselves, to transfer a reservation out of our name and into a guest's name. The guest will have access to the resort amenities. This is a Wyndham policy.
You can contact the resort a few days prior to your arrival to make your requests regarding your condo location. Shelby Resorts cannot request this on your behalf nor can Shelby Resorts guarantee what view/location you will receive.
The GUEST NAME on the rental agreement cannot be changed once a payment has been made. If this name needs to be changed you would be charged an additional non-refundable $99.00 USD. Please make sure everything is spelled correctly and exactly how it appears on guest's photo ID.
Housekeeping is not included and if you want a daily cleaning there is an additional fee. You can arrange this with the front desk at the resort.

Yes, sample portions of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are included. If booking a condo with a washer and dryer sample portions of laundry detergent is included.
Shelby Resorts cannot guarantee an early check-in. It is based on the availability of your assigned condo upon arrival. Late checkouts can be requested to the front desk the night prior to your departure. This is not guaranteed.
As long as the resort remains open and operational your reservation is valid. The cancellation policy would apply.
The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.

    This was our family's second stay at Wyndham Waikiki Bach walk. Last time we were in a two bedroom which we loved and this time in a one bedroom. The one bedroom is more like a combined living area and kitchen and the kitchen is more like a studio kitchen than full kitchen is not set out the best for space or cooking and storage but we only stayed two nights and went out to eat.

    This was our second stay at Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk and we were hoping it would be as good at the first stay and we were not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and super helpful, check-in was seamless and booking activities was easy. The room had everything we needed and the beds are just so comfy. The room was clean and easy to keep tidy. One of the things we love the most about this accommodation is the location, such a great vibe to the Beach Walk, it's central, busy but so relaxed, inviting, warm and friendly. We highly recommend Wyndham and will certainly seek their accommodation options when travelling to other destinations.
