From the moment you enter the resort and start hearing those familiar songs you will enter a world like no other. This beautiful resort is located on Water Bay at the eastern end of St. Thomas USVI, a beachside location on a cove and is brand new. Kick off those flip flops and relax in a hot tub or sit by the beautiful pool. Enjoy the white sand beach overlooking the islands in the distance, but don’t forget to get your margarita or frosty Landshark lager at the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar! Watch for Parrot-heads who are the most laid back, friendly people anywhere. Enjoy a great meal in the Margaritaville® Restaurant with great island inspired food and yes—a cheeseburger in paradise. The unique resort condos have a beautiful nautical feel. The kitchens include a bar area complete with Frozen Concoction Maker® and all units have a relaxing outdoor seating area. Be adventurous while in St. Thomas with snorkeling, scuba diving, wind surfing, sport fishing, zip lining, hiking and more. St. Thomas is famous for sight seeing, outstanding cuisine, world class shopping that is duty free and great nightlife. This will truly be an unforgettable vacation in paradise!

Beginning May 1st, 2017 St. Thomas has implemented a SIN Tax of $25.00 USD per night per condo that will be collected upon your arrival. This tax is not included in our price.

Please be advised that Sargassum seaweed may be present on the beach, as the Caribbean is experiencing unusually high levels this season. During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will be not be accessible and transportation to nearby Coki beach will be provided by the property.

General FAQs

Shelby Resorts requires a 50% deposit when you book and the balance is due 60 days prior to checking into the resort.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Condos are assigned when you check-in, therefore I cannot guarantee what floor or view you will receive.
Your reservation is not guaranteed without a payment processed. We operate on a first come first serve basis.
Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the Front Desk. The number of cribs available is limited and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Please be sure to contact the resort as soon as you receive a confirmation letter from Shelby Resorts to request a crib.
The pictures on our site are an accurate representation of what each condo looks like. They are maintained and decorated alike by Wyndham.
Cancellation fee: Once a deposit has been submitted guests can receive a 50% refund of the condo rental amount paid and the remaining 50% stays on file, for up to 1 year, to be applied to a future booking with Shelby Resorts at any Wyndham property throughout the USA. Once a reservation is paid in full 50% of the condo rental amount paid stays on file and the remaining 50% is forfeited. The Wyndham guest name fee ($99.00 USD) is non-refundable. Credits on file cannot be refunded. The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.
The Wyndham guest name fee allows owners, like ourselves, to transfer a reservation out of our name and into a guest's name. The guest will have access to the resort amenities. This is a Wyndham policy.
You can contact the resort a few days prior to your arrival to make your requests regarding your condo location. Shelby Resorts cannot request this on your behalf nor can Shelby Resorts guarantee what view/location you will receive.
The GUEST NAME on the rental agreement cannot be changed once a payment has been made. If this name needs to be changed you would be charged an additional non-refundable $99.00 USD. Please make sure everything is spelled correctly and exactly how it appears on guest's photo ID.
Housekeeping is not included and if you want a daily cleaning there is an additional fee. You can arrange this with the front desk at the resort.
Yes, sample portions of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion are included. If booking a condo with a washer and dryer sample portions of laundry detergent is included.
Shelby Resorts cannot guarantee an early check-in. It is based on the availability of your assigned condo upon arrival. Late checkouts can be requested to the front desk the night prior to your departure. This is not guaranteed.
As long as the resort remains open and operational your reservation is valid. The cancellation policy would apply.
The renter will be charged a non-refundable $99.00 USD adjustment fee to make any changes once a payment has been received.

    I have arrived at the resort with 2 separate reservations. At the start of my second reservation, I was upgraded to a one bedroom deluxe. I appreciated the cooktop that the upgrade provided. However, the power went out on the resort for 18 hours and I was unable to utilize the cooktop. I remained in contact with Shelby Resorts throughout the power outage and they allowed me to vent due to the frustrations the power outage caused. They said they would compensate me for my inconvenience. I appreciated that as well. Otherwise the rooms were clean and the view was nice.
